Women's Day Luncheon Melbourne
This week we saw another record turnout at our annual International Women’s Day luncheon.
Over 130 of you joined us at Melbourne’s Chin Chin to hear from two trailblazing guest speakers, Laura Kane & Janette Kendall.
Laura Kane brought us many relatable stories of how she has used her differences to her advantage as the first female Executive General Manager of the AFL - Australian Football League.
Janette Kendall, one of Australia’s most sought-after board women, illuminated the room with her candid stories about finding success through determination, honesty and an unwavering belief in her potential.
Our social impact partner, Two Good Co, was able to realise its goal of donating 500 meals to women experiencing disadvantage and hardship thanks to the generosity of all our WP members.

Women's Day Luncheon Sydney
On Thursday 22nd February 2024, we were joined by almost 130 women and men from across the property industry to launch the Sydney Chapter of Women in Property. Hosted at the stunning Hinchcliff House, guests were treated to a beautiful lunch in a relaxed setting, designed to encourage connection and collaboration and to learn more about the impact they can have in supporting women within our industry.
Our incredible guest speaker, Jo Burston Founder & CEO of Inspiring Rare Birds set the tone for the event and shared practical ideas about how we can work together to support each other and connect within the industry to drive the success of the Sydney Chapter. Jo is recognised as a top female entrepreneur in Australia, Jo drives economic equality through education, mentoring and a strong network, qualities very much aligned to those of the Women in Property initiative.

Women In Property Christmas Drinks
Thanks to everyone who joined us on the 23rd of November to celebrate another year of Women In Property. We took part in coached tennis sessions at the Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club which was followed by drinks and nibbles at the clubhouse.

Property Unites

Hosted by Ladies of Property, Queers in Property and Men in Property, Melbourne's first day of Spring was marked by a spectacular afternoon filled with industry spirit, new connections, and support for a charitable cause. Anwara’s brave story, along with Debbie’s insights on Avalon Homes, touched our hearts deeply, and we were left inspired by our guest speaker, Holly Ransom.

Salta Building Tour 2023

International Womens Day Luncheon 2023
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Ladies of Property IWD Luncheon. It was truly one of the most powerful panel discussions we have ever held, and the Lord Mayor, alongside our incredible moderator Danni Hunter were both instrumental in making it our most inspiring one yet.The things that resonated the most:- Own your priorities. There are times in life where we need to place an emphasis on various goals over others and we simply can't do it all, all at once.- Be decisive. You have to have the ability to act on information with momentum and conviction, and if the first decision doesn't work, make another one.- Always be true to yourself and your values. You must aim to be comfortable and happy in your own skin, rather than aiming to appeasing others.

Building Tour 2022
Thanks to everyone who joined us for our exclusive tour of 447 Collins Street, Melbourne. We had the opportunity to tour the world-class mixed-use precinct encompassing luxury residences, a five-star W Melbourne hotel, commercial office space, retail and dining offerings. AUS 108 Walkthough 2021
Hosted by Andrew Leoncelli, (Managing Director CBRE) we toured over 5,000m2 of residents’ facilities including the world’s highest swimming pools and four sub-penthouses on Level 97.

Premier Tower Tour 2021
PDS and Fragrance Group welcomed us to preview the iconic Premier Tower pre- handover. We had the opportunity to tour the apartments, and world class facilities including their relaxation deck, fitness & entertaining spaces, swimming pool, premier lounge, theatre, games room, karaoke, virtual golf, and more.
Bushfire Relief Luncheon 2020
Alongside the MIP & QIP networks, we organised a charity luncheon to raise money for the devastating Bushfires. Attended by over 200 people we successfully raised $235,000 which was donated to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal and Bushfire Emergency Wildlife Fund.
International Women’s Day 2019
We celebrated Women’s International Day with the very talented Interior designer Adele Bates over a beautiful breakfast at Entrecote. Our group were inspired as she shared her experiences and journey on how she became so successful.
